Electrify America offers retailers white-label DC charging: “Powered by…”
Powered by Electrify America lets US retailers own branded DC fast chargers while EA runs the tech. Wawa and Costco are already on the program; the pitch is live at NACS Show Las Vegas, 6–9 October.

Electrify America, Volkswagen’s US fast-charging arm, is pushing a turnkey white-label package so retailers can run their own branded DC chargers under the Powered by Electrify America label — with EA handling the technical and operational side.
What retailers control
Under the model, the store owns the network and sets branding, pricing and loyalty tie-ins. Electrify America supplies design, deployment, ops and support. The company pitches longer dwell time, extra in-store revenue and stores as destinations for EV drivers.
Scale so far
Electrify America says the white-label program now backs more than 100 stations and nearly 600 chargers. Deployments include convenience and retail chains such as Wawa and Costco. Those ports sit alongside EA’s own coast-to-coast network of more than 5,600 chargers at 1,080 stations.
The offering launched in 2020. Wawa has separately announced eight Wawa-branded sites in Pennsylvania through the same white-label route.
NACS Show, Las Vegas
The company is on the floor at the NACS Show in Las Vegas (6–9 October 2026). Aaron Young, director of sales and business development, joins a session on ownership vs hosting for convenience retailers on Wednesday, 7 October. Booth: C6901, Central Hall.
